Written scope before we start

Every commercial job gets a detailed written scope — surface area, system spec, prep requirements, timeline, and price. No verbal-only quotes on commercial work.

We work around your schedule

If your facility can't go offline during business hours, we schedule nights and weekends. If you need a phased approach, we plan it. Your operations don't stop for our floors.

Diamond grinding on every surface

We don't take shortcuts on prep just because it's commercial. Every surface gets mechanically diamond ground before any coating is applied — the same standard as our residential work.

Final walkthrough before we leave

Before we pack up on any commercial job, we walk the space with you or your site rep. If anything isn't right, we fix it before we go — not after you've chased us down.

OSHA safety markings available

Safety lines, pedestrian walkways, hazard zones, and color-coded equipment areas can all be incorporated into the coating system during installation.

No surprise invoices

We recommend the right system for your traffic load, chemical exposure, and operational requirements — not the easiest one to install.

Epoxy + polyaspartic

Full two-coat system for most commercial applications. High strength, chemical resistance, and finish durability.

Heavy-duty urethane

For extreme chemical exposure, thermal shock, and very heavy traffic. Food & beverage recommended system.

Decorative commercial

High-gloss metallic or chip broadcast for retail showrooms, lobbies, and spaces where appearance matters.

Concrete polishing

No coatings — the concrete is the floor. Lowest lifetime maintenance cost. Ideal for warehouses and LEED buildings.
