Free estimate
We visit your garage, assess the concrete condition, measure the space, and provide a no-obligation written quote — typically within 24 hours of the visit.

Diamond grinding
On install day we diamond grind the entire surface to create the mechanical profile the coating bonds to. This is the most important step and what separates our work from the competition.

Coating application
The epoxy base coat is applied, decorative chips are broadcast if selected, and the polyaspartic topcoat is applied to seal and protect the system.

Cure & walk-through
We conduct a final walk-through with you before leaving. The floor is ready for light foot traffic the same day and vehicles can return within 24 hours.

How long does a garage floor coating take?

How soon can I park my car on the new floor?
Light foot traffic is safe within a few hours of completion. Vehicles can return to the garage after 24 hours. We recommend waiting 72 hours before placing heavy equipment or storage shelving.
Will it peel or chip over time?
Not with our system. Diamond grinding creates a mechanical bond that prevents delamination. Our lifetime warranty covers peeling, bubbling, and hot tire pickup — we've never had a warranty claim on a properly installed floor.
Can you coat a garage with existing cracks?
Yes — minor cracks are filled and addressed during our preparation process. Larger structural cracks are assessed at the estimate. In most cases, cracks do not prevent a successful coating installation.
How do I clean and maintain a coated floor?
A damp mop or pressure washer is all you need. The seamless surface has no grout lines or seams to trap dirt. Most spills wipe clean immediately. No waxing, sealing, or special cleaners required.
